The Doyle Phillips foundation
Our promise
The Doyle Phillips Foundation was established to honor PC Neil Doyle and PC Dave Phillips of Merseyside Police, who tragically lost their lives while on duty. Inspired by the success of the 2021 virtual memorial event, the foundation continues to raise funds provide support locally across the Merseyside area.
Our mission is to support the families of Merseyside Police officers and staff who have passed away, whether through natural causes or tragic circumstances, or
anything in between whilst serving for Merseyside Police.
In February 2022, we were granted charitable status, enabling us to fundraise and expand our reach. Our longer term goal is to eventually extend our support to the North West region and, eventually nationally.
About us
The foundation was set up by Sarah Doyle, the widow of PC Neil Doyle along with a
couple of serving police officers and is ran entirely by volunteers.
As a non profit charity, we rely solely donations and fund raising events to ensure
that we are able to support the families that need us.
Every penny donated goes towards providing the support to the families of police
officers and staff at their time of need.
